Discover Vietnam

This 9-day program visits Vietnam’s highlight cities, traveling from north, to the central region, and then south. Begin in Hanoi, the modern-day capital of Vietnam that still retains the mystery and charm of past centuries. Beautiful public spaces, lakes, parks, tree-lined boulevards and monuments all combine to give Hanoi an air of elegance and harmony with nature unique among Asian capitals. Venturing outside the capital, a day excursion takes you to scenic Halong Bay; home to beautiful limestone islands and floating fishing villages. Highlights in Central Vietnam are the former Imperial Capital of Hue; and Hoi An, a beautifully preserved port town with a colorful history and today a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the vibrant metropolis of Saigon the French influence is readily seen in the old colonial buildings, such as the Opera House and City Hall, which serve as a contrast to the luxury hotels, shopping malls, and gourmet restaurants springing up across the city. During your time here embark on an excursion to the lush Mekong Delta; famous for its orchards and known as Vietnam’s “Fruit Bowl.”
