Day 1 - Sat : Istanbul

Upon your arrival, you will be met by our representative before transfer to your Hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 2 - Sun: Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, a guided tour to Topkapi Palace , St. Sophia, Blue Mosque and Spice Market .The day ends with an overnight stay in Istanbul. (B)

Day 3 - Mon : Canakkale

After breakfast at the hotel , drive to Gallipoli and visit Anzac Cove , Nek , Conk Bair , Lone Pine and 57.th regiment memorial, cross the dardanelles .Overnight stay in Canakkale.(BD)

Day 4 - Tue: Troy – Pergamum – Kusadasi

After breakfast at the hotel drive to legendary to Troy ; the site where the legendary Trojan War took place. , crossing the legendary mountain Ida arrival to Pergamum visit Acropolis and Overnight stay in Kusadasi . (B,D)

Day 5 - Wed : Ephesus- Sirince – Kusadasi

After Breakfast a short drive to visit Ephesus , we will have the opportunity to discover and understand the rich history behind local handicrafts like hand-made carpets , lerther . We continue to marvelous village of Sirince where you be able to experience one of the most beautiful villages in Turkey. You may be able to do shopping and taste delicious wines of the village. Return to Kusadasi for overnight stay.(B,D)

Day 6 - Thu : Hierapolis –Pamukkale -Marmaris

After Breakfast drive through the meander plain and cotton farms , arrive to Pamukkale ,time to enjo y the beauty Of lime cascade and visit ancient Hierapolis ,continue to Marmaris for overnight . (B,D)

Day 7 - Fri : Koycegiz and– Fethiye

Afer breakfast , This morning we drive to the lakeside town of Koycegiz. Here we take a boat cruise to turtle beach and smother ourselves in mud at the local mudbath. En route to Fethiye.Overnight Fethiye and Dinner (B,D)

Day 8 - Sat: Kayakoy Greek village and Oludeniz Fethiye

After breakfast explore the quaint Greek village of Kayakoy. Afternoon we will drive you to Oludeniz you will have opportunity to swim then drive back to your hotel .Overnight Fethiye. (B)

Day 9 - Sun Saklikent Gorge – Antalya

After breakfast. Today we visit the stunningly beautiful Saklikent Gorge, Turkey's longest and deepest canyon, after tracking along the canyon we will continue to Antalya crossing the Tauros mountains, upon arrival visit Duden Waterfall . Dinner at your hotel Overnight Antalya(B.D)

Day 10 - Mon Antalya (Aspendos) – Konya - Cappadocia

After breakfast. Early departure for Konya, stopping enroute stop by Aspendos ancient Theater . Upon arrival to Konya, we tour the monastery of the Mervlana Whirling Dervishes. Then have an afternoon drive to Cappadocia via Seljuk- a fine example of an ancient Silk Road . Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia (B,D)

Day 11 - Tue Cappadocia

After breakfast full day excursion in Cappadocia including visits to the Kaymakli Underground City, Open Air Museum in Goreme and natural fortress in Uchisar.. An optional fun Turkish folklore evening with dinner is available tonight . Overnight in Cappadocia(B)

Day 12 - Wed Cappadocia –Kahta (Adiyaman)

We leave the Land of Beautiful Horses and weird rock formationsand head out across Turkey's hinterland, along the ancient Silk Road via Kayseri and stopping at Karatay Han before proceeding to Adiyaman.. Overnight in Khata. (B,D)

Day 13 - Thu Kahta(Adiyaman) – Urfa

Today we visit the magnificent funerary monument at the peak of Mt Nemrut stands as a testament to an ancient king's ambition .From Khata we continue to the massive Ataturk Dam and on to Urfa, the ancient city of prophets. Ancient footprints truly mark this part of Turkey; Urfa was the birthplace of the biblical patriarch Abraham. We will visit the cave and shrine where tradition tells us Abraham was born. Nearby are the sacred pools of Abraham filled with sacred carp that are fed by the many pilgrims who visit this holy site and in the late afternoon we will visit Harran with its famous beehive houses and which was mentioned in Genesis as the place where Abraham lived. Overnight in Urfa. (B,D)

Day 14 - Fri : Urfa - Diyarbakir

We depart Urfa and proceed to the ongoing archaeological dig at Gobekli Tepe. Although not widely known amongst the general public Gobekli Tepe is probably one of the most important archaeological sites in the world From Gobekli Tepe, Hill of the Navel, we continue to Diyarbekir. Diyarbekir is another ancient settlement and at 5000 years old is one of the oldest cities in the world. An overwhelmingly Kurdish city Diyarbekir is famed for its ancient city walls; built by the Romans the current walls, built of massive black basalt blocks is, after the great wall of China, the longest continuous defensive wall in the world.. Overnight in Diyarbekir.(B,D)

Day 15 - Sat : Diyarbakir – Mardin - Tatvan

Mardin: located on a high hill overlooking the plains of southern Turkey and Syria. After breakfast, we will visit Deir-Al-Zafaran (the Saffron Monastery), centre of the Syrian Orthodox Patriarchy and still an active monastery. The site of the Saffron monastery has been a sacred place for many hundreds of years an .. After lunch drive to Hasankeyf, situated by the Tigris River; soon tobe submerged under the flood waters of a new dam on the Tigris, Hasankeyf has hundreds of caves, hidden waterways, tombs, a larger and smaller Palace, as well as ruins of the Great Mosque. After Hasankeyf we will drive to Tatvan. Dinner and overnight Tatvan . (B,D)

Day 16 - Sun : Diyarbakir – Tatvan – Van

After breakfast drive to to Van via Akdamar Island where we visit the beautifully restored 10th C Armenian Church of the Holy Cross, or Sourp Khach; built as a part of a palace and religious complex between 915 and 921 by the Armenian King Gagik Ardzruni.. From Akdamar we continue to the city of Van, where we will spend the night. (B,D)

Day 17 - Mon : Van

From Van we travel south for the last leg of our journey along the Silk Road (Ipek Yol) in Turkey. We visit Hosap Castle. The main castle structure of Hosap was built straddling the Silk Road and served as both a means of protecting the road and as a point of charging tolls on travellers..From Hosap we return to Van for lunch ,before ending the day with a visit to the Citadel of Van at sunset. On a large rock outcrop the 3000 year old Urartian castle, once the centre of Tushpa, the Urartian capital, commands wonderful panoramic views of the city of Van, Lake Van and Mt Suphan to the north- west and Mt Nemrut (B,D)

Day 18 - Tue : Van /Return

After breakfast, transfer to Van airport end of service
