About Bangkok
Golden and glittering temples abound in amazing Bangkok, capital city of The Kingdom of Thailand. One of Asia's most dynamic and vibrant cities, Thailand's unique culture, charm, and renowned Thai hospitality are evident from the moment you arrive. A boat cruise on the Chao Phraya River, or "River of Kings," is a wonderful way to witness the traditional way of life that take place along the banks and small canals; while a visit to see the incomparable Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha is truly a highlight of any visit. A shopper’s paradise, try your hand at bargaining for local crafts in the marketplace, and explore the chic department stores and boutiques. Don't forget to leave time to enjoy a traditional Thai massage during your visit.
