Stop for lunch. Afternoon visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza and the enigmatic Sphinx, then proceed to Khan El Khalili, the world's largest 13th century covered oriental bazaar. Overnight in Cairo. This morning early transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Abu Simbel via Aswan; visit the Great Temple of Ramses II and the temple of his beloved queen, Nefertari. After visiting this magnificent site, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Aswan. Once there, your representative will assist and transfer you to your Nile Cruise. After breakfast day at leisure to wander around and explore this city rich in history or to do some last minute shopping. You can opt for a day trip to Alexandria. (Optional Tour to Alexandria) After an early breakfast you will start your over day excursion to Alexandria by air-conditioned private vehicle accompanied by an English speaking Egyptologist. Visit the Catacombs of Kom El Shugafa and Qait Bay Fort. Stop for lunch and then proceed to the National Museum and the Alexandria Library "Bibliotheca Alexandrina". Return to Cairo.
